  • California NOW's Family Law Page

The website of California NOW is a highly recommended site for NOW members and family law litigants and activists. CA NOW recognized early the crisis in the family courts—inequitable rulings on divorce, custody and child support—and formed a statewide Family Law Task Force to investigate and reform the system. This site presents NOW's 2002 Family Court Report, news, articles, books, legislative success and information useful for women regarding gender bias and current trends in the courts nationwide. CA NOW's grassroots strategy is to create a clearinghouse for all information that will support women and children getting justice in the family court system.
