Family Law Links
Of great concern to and a focus of NOW's and the Committee's work is the alarming experiences of women, including survivors of domestic violence, litigating in the nation's family courts. Many have been traumatized and marginalized, and those without resources sometimes find themselves without the protections or remedies they need and deserve. It is the Committee's hope that providing access to accurate, current, and relevant information will help women achieve safety, security, equality, and justice for themselves and their families. This section will be expanded and updated as new resources become available. If you are aware of a web site or resource that you would like to recommend please contact us.
